The lions club will be serving burgers at their concession stand the following nights this summer at 5:30 to 7:30 pm:

Hello friends!

I have been asked many times to set up a demonstration or workshop for summer fruit tree grafting. I will be doing a little demo of apple tree bud grafting Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM for about an hour, hour and a half, at my place. You don't need to bring anything. I will provide rootstock (a potted apple tree ready for a graft) and we will stick bud scions to them so you can take home a tree. I have perhaps 50 or more varieties to choose from here at my place. IF you have a favorite variety and know how to select a budstick, bring what you have and we can share.

No need to RSVP, just come on down to the barn (big red building) at Lost Valley Farm and we'll get to work.
